Not sure if this is something that you can fix, but I was driving east and saw the Milk Farm sign had a broken piece waving in the wind. I'd hate for it to fall off and strike a car.

Unfortunately, your concern is not a violation of any City of Dixon Codes that we can enforce, however, we went out to the location and were not able to see any sign parts dangling or hanging from the Milk Farm Sign as of today, 12/4/18.
