Saint John's Lane has continued to have this problem, as every time the road is paved, it has NOT been milled back to its original level, which used to allow the water to run down the road and into the large (built for stormwater) culvert at the LDS Church. That culvert used to always fill up with water (as it was meant to do), and then drain slowly away. It doesn't do that any longer. The water remains on the road and rushes over the edges of the road and into the neighbors yards.This is a county problem and has been addressed with the county before, yet nothing has been done. The road needs to be brought WAY BACK DOWN to the level it was over 20 years ago, when the drainage actually worked as it should. With all of the changes from infill houses and raising the roadway level, many more basements and driveways are constantly being flooded. The County needs to do stormwater management for Dunloggin asap. Ben Cardin asked for this flood plain to be investigated for storm water management issues and here is another place that we can start. I am a few houses down and when it rains I now have a river that runs through my yard, that I never had this badly in the past. This is called Adequate Public Facilities and needs to be addressed NOW.
