ISSUES REPORTED TO NEIGHBORHOOD CODES INVESTIGATOR, ALLY BETWEEN 31ST AND 28TH ST AND FREEMONT AND 6TH, ILLEGAL DUMPING ISSUES HAVE CAUSED CITY TRACTORS TO MESS UP ALLY WAYS AND CREATE DRAINAGE PROBLEMS. REPORTING ON BEHALF OF CIITZEN.
