A. All lights along JEFFERSON and at the top of the B ST. Under-crossing. are out and it is almost 6pm... the LARGER CENTER parking lot lights are on but all old fashioned light poles are all out and it is PITXH DARK.... seems like they might be on a timer vs sensor... should have come on closer to 5pm.... Very dark and unsafe...
