Description

Someone is leaving multiple bicycles overnight in Tom Petty Park by the small ballfield along NE 16th Ave. Perhaps they belong to the person that stays in the parking lot everyday with the overloaded SUV. People seem to drop bikes off to him. Don't know if they are stolen or not. Please remedy if possible. Thanks.
