Description

A highly used crosswalk was painted over in black, after it was just repainted. This crosswalk leads to the "goat path" that cuts by the Senior Center and is the only marked crossing on East Spring between Barlow and E. Allen. Removing it does not result in people crossing further up, but puts pedestrians in a dangerous situation where cars will not yield to them. Removing it seems short-sighted.
