Description

Third report of the same alley trashcan with the lid broken off. Previous two reports advise the issue would be resolved in two business days. Each time, more than two days have passed and there’s been no action. The open can is drawing stray cats, raccoons, and vermin. Rather than advising it will be resolved in two business days, please advise when it will really be resolved.
