Description

This isn't a curb or a sidewalk. It's the drainage ditch at this end of Alcola, running across the entire roadway.. Repaving over time has caused the guttering to become lower and lower so that it has gone from a dip to a bone-jarring canyon. The photo doesn't do it justice. Please repave.
