Description
My water has been turned off for the 2nd time this year by the city of pinellas park because of errors on their end. I received a notice to pay my bill by the 14th which I did but yet my water is still turned off. Why is the city so quick to turn off our water?? I paid my bill and cant use the bathroom who do I file a complaint with in regards to my issue?
