Dog has been barking all morning, sounds like someone left it outside and it's barking to be let in because it's so cold out. I think the dog is on the roof of one of the newly built houses but I can't confirm this because I obviously cannot see the animal. If an animal control officer drives down Bowers and stops at ~200 Bowers -you can clearly hear the distressed dog barking.
