Description

Popped up sidewalk from tree roots. I fell at night 3 years ago. I had a fractured elbow, an epigastric hematoma 4cm by 4cm ----thats a lot blood! Multiple contusions & trauma injuries including to my knees which has left me with mobility issues.
I've reported it repeatedly to 311 in the past 3 years and it still not fixed!!! Please have the City or the homeowner repair this property.
