broken pitted & potted sidewalk and curb near S78 ST GEORGE bound stop on Hylan Blvd just before the street light & turn on to Fingerboard Rd.

The location is on Hylan Blvd just before the turn on to Fingerboard Rd, not Leason Place. I did set the correct location but it didn't save it in the compaint form.
