There is a ponding issue to water that does not drain toward the inlet at 6615 and 6619 Misty Creek.

The water ponds next to the curb for days, since there is not positive drainage toward the inlet. After storms, or when the sprinkler system is used, the water that drains toward the street does not drain toward the inlet due to lack of positive drainage.
