Description
Hedges in front of the Enclave apt. is always growing over the sidewalk. they trim it about every other month but between the palms and pepper tree limbs hang over the walk so you have to walk in the grass to get buy. This is an ongoing problem with this part of the sidewalk and has been going on for years. the hedge should be cut back far enough to two people can walk side by side without one having branches and leaves hitting them. it's really bad after a rain as the limbs are heavy with water and hang out even further and the grass is soaking wet. if someone on a mobility scooter needed to use the walk they would either have to get wet or drive off the sidewalk risking toppling over in the soft lawn. these bushes should be trimmed back so they are never a problem ever again.
If the palms are just trimmed and not removed then please dont just close this issue since it will need to be reopened monthly as new palm leaves block sidewalk.
