The homeowner has had a old toilet sitting at this location for over 2 months, he or she is now putting trash in it weekly. This is an eye sore to the community and other homeowners. This is a regular occurrence at this residence. Resident needs to be informed of proper debris disposal or be fined for leaving such items for an unreasonable amount of time. I have put this on see it .. click it.. fix it but was told it is private property however the toilet is in the County right of way on the shoulder at the corner of the driveway. Tax payers should not have to look at such trash on a daily basis.
