up to 3 vehicles at some point are parking on the lawn at this house. isn't that forbidden in the entire city or just downtown?..this has been reported before yet continues. if city folk can,t because it supposedly hurts the lake is the new north end not the same?

This property is in Ward 4 and the ordinance does not allow for ticketing in this area. The ordinance is below for reference.
(f) Parking on lawns or yards in residential districts prohibited.
(1) It shall be unlawful for any vehicle to be parked on any lawn or yard in any area in Wards 1, 2, 3 and 8. It shall also be unlawful for any vehicle to be parked on any lawn or yard in any area in Wards 5 or 6 located north of a projected line extending along the center-line of Howard Street from the western boundary to the eastern boundary of the city. Lawns or yards are defined for the purposes of this subsection to be any open space not approved by the department of planning and zoning as an area for vehicular egress and ingress or parking.
