Description
The southbound lane "stop on red light" sign is turned sideways. Also, the signage andvtrafgic lighrlt are ambiguous as to where exactly you are expected to stop. So currently there is malfunctioning signage at an extremely poorly implemented stop.

This particular signage and dignalnis like a "pop quiz." for motorists. In that particular environment, you will find a lot of people ignoringnyge signage and trusting their senses instead, a reasonable and defensible action. So please send this one to the traffic design engineers as well as the road maintenance department.
