There is a BMW that has been parked with flat tire for well over a year (if not 2 years) and never moved and there is a blue suburban parked right behind it that has not been moved in a long time. Do they even have current plated or Ins on vehicles ??? Get them moved before the snow comes. Last winter this corner was a mess because because plows had to plow around them and could not plow properly there. Are they abandoned or owned by a RESIDENT of the home ????
