Description

There are 2 areas of scattered trash next to the two above-grade utility cabinets, and the one dumped recliner leaning against the side of the building and sitting atop panels that originally were supposed to cover the hold in the side of the building, but the owner has neglected to replace them after they fell off. See circled items in attached 11/6/2018 photo.
