Description

Dumpers were offended so they crossed out the NO DUMPING message (and graffiti'ed the rest of the sign). See circled item in attached 11/4/2018 photo. Caltrans and the City should collaborate and install the same security camera here as was installed at the SE corner of 32nd & Hanna Streets just blocks away, i.e. this is standard City-installed gear, no new precedent to establish.
