Description

Multiple dumpings have occurred (and been reported) here over years. The "NO DUMPING" sign (along with NO PARKING and NO TRESPASSING) posted by Caltrans on the adjacent fence has been graffiti'ed over to the point of illegibility, i.e. it's no deterrent. A security camera like the one at the SE corner of 32nd and Hannah Streets needs to be installed here to capture evidence leading to prosecutions. See circled items in attached 11/4/2018 photo.
