Description

As you can see, all the cars in this picture are trying to swerve around a grey Lexus SUV that is double parked in the middle of Arthur Kill Rd. This person is there because there are a bunch of cars, most parked in the bus stop waiting to pick up. This happens every evening around 530-630pm. This forces buses to drop passengers off in the middle of Arthur Kill further causing back ups and hazards. Can we please at least have a police presence at this location around this time?
