Thank you for your concern, this issue has been received by our department. We will look into this issue further and resolve it accordingly.

Horton Street is public from Rocky Neck Ave to the intersection of Clarendon. The rest of the street is private, which includes the area that is beyond the repairs that the City is allowed to make.

Our office has reached out to the resident and explained this and suggested that they reach out to their ward councilor for assistance
