Why do citizens have to notify you for things such as overgrown grass, items dumped along roadsides, leaf signs still up. Plenty of city workers, while on duty pass this stuff several times, until a resident gets fed up and has to take their time to notify you? Where is the pride? It tells me they don’t give a crap. Wow
