Description
Once again, a commercial flatbed stake truck is being parked on this property on the side and/or back yard typically at nights and on the weekends. It is there right now. The truck's bed is typically full of metal appliances being stored here for scrap. This is NOT a recreational vehicle, but a vehicle subject to city code 16.40.100.6. This vehicle is being routinely driven across the lawn to get where it is, as the ruts in the lawn clearly show. it was parked there all weened, from Friday evening on the 17th to Sunday evening on the 9th, despite what was being reported elsewhere (previously reported: 4892872). If a commercial vehicle is allowed to be parked regularly on residential property in the side or back yards, then show that 16.40.100.6 is repeal so that all of us law abiding citizen can take advantage of free commercial vehicle parking on our residences. Its an ongoing problem! Even google maps streetview captured the violation: https://www.google.com/maps/@27.8284846,-82.6561358,3a,24.8y,351.75h,87.61t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1soOEakXVn0Jn9J0KCXt1mBw!2e0!7i13312!8i6656?hl=en
