Description

This property has an alley behind that runs from Scranton to 46th St. The alley used to have 2 large containers, which were both used. Now the alley has one container only...and the container is missing its lid. Litter is piling up on the properties; plus, this section has reported problems with odorous fluid leaking from the truck. Please address can(s) without lids to avoid continual issue. Thank you.
