Missing "no left turn" sign southbound s. Winooski for City Market ingress. Drivers regularly stop here to make a left turn in heavy traffic, causing high risk egress from City Market (also making illegal left turns on to s. Winooski across double yellow during high traffic) and regularly causing traffic congestion northbound and south ound on s. Winooski, as well as Bank St.
The city has no signage up and there is zero enforcement around this extremely hazardous area. Several times a week i see pedestrians almost run over and impatient drivers illegally force their way in to traffic they cannot see.
