Golf Carts are being used on non designated roads without headlights, turn signals etc and creating issues in an already challenged area. Due to increased traffic on connecting roads due to MLK Complete streets, golf carts without headlights etc and not adhering to standard traffic rules (ie. not stopping for signs an cross traffic at alleyways) will create additional safety issues.
