Update from the Codes Compliance Department: We will send an investigator to 4531 7th Ave N, however if the issue cannot be detected from the street/alley or other public right-of-way, we won't be able to issue a citation for any violation.
If that is the case, the owner of an adjacent property who can view (smell?) a violation would need to call Codes directly at 727-893-7373, give their name and contact information as part of the public record for the case, and agree to allow the investigator to visit and view the issue from their property.
