Hello, usually once a year suffices to get alley filled in and smoothed, this was just done few months ago and someone pointed out issue, new green house built over year ago, there are yard sprinklers daily that run - causing ongoing issue, it is brand new green home on corner of 6th st n and alley. Is it possible to come up with a permanent solution? The residents are great and don't even know it is happening, it is literally damaging my own vehicle and others back there. If all i can do is every few months report it that is col, but hoping maybe someone in the city department has more of a permanent solution, I know there is lot of overhead get a crew do that work, something more cost effective?
