Neighborhood Specialist assigned this issue to SPTO B Old

Is there a time frame for fixing the issue described in this request? Since reporting a month ago, additional rainfall has revealed standing water at least three properties in from the street, not two. Thanks so much.

There are issues with the pavement in this alley as far in from 53rd street as 5220 10th avenue north. There have been pavement repairs done improperly in the past related to a patch which was applied on top of the old alley surface without removing the old layer of pavement first. This has resulted in large raised hump of pavement behind 5220 which has created an uneven surface. It is a tripping hazard and I have tripped on it multiple times just trying to take the garbage out. The alley repairs have not been done properly in the past and need to be corrected so that we have an even surface as well as the potholes corrected.
