Graffiti, litter, dumping and used needles. I have posted previously about the man who uses hit busted up, blue nissan altima as his home. The issue has escalated from just trash to now used needles in the private parking lot associated with my home. He often hides his vehicle under an awning at the end of the parking lot. Please have someone confront this person and make it known that he is squatting on private property and cannot leave his refuse and drug paraphernalia near my home.
