Not sure how this issue was closed yesterday morning, when as of 7 am this morning, the couch is still there. Are the city crews closing the issue when they get put on their "to do" lists, and not when the jobs are actually done? Seems to me that the time to close an issue is when the work is complete...just sayin'

Was the original address that was given accurate? Is it Mountain View Ave. or the "frontage road", Mountain Blvd.?

Mountain View Ave. most definitely. This site off Mountain Blvd., up Mountain View Ave. If you look at the map, it shows the exact location....and, as of 7:00 this morning the sofa is still there.

Yes, after the photo loaded, I could see that Mtn. View Ave. was the location...hope that DPW gets the thing picked up.

APPALLING!

Can't believe this is still open....someone, probably my neighbor with a truck, picked this up last week and hauled it off. I was waiting to see if it was DPW, by watching to see if they would close the issue. I guess I'll close it since it seems the issue has been written off by DPW....very disappointing :-/
