Description
Wild trees have taken over power and cable lines along the back fence line. Trees were trimmed two years ago but have came back worse then ever, this tree is very aggressively growing and the limbs are woven through power lines. Also in the same area is a oak tree growing into the same lines coming from the same backyard. This area was out of power the longest of any area in St Pete during Irma due to the lack of Maintenance in this area.
