Description
Tapia Landscaping repeatedly blows all of the leaves from the property into the street. This creates muck and mess at the curb and clogs the storm drains. Contacting the building management and the landscaping company hasn't worked and they need to be fined.

Just wondering what exactly was done about this. Repeated calls to building management to ask their landscapers to stop haven't worked and neither have complaints to the alderman or these reports.
This is an offense for which there is a fine, yet it happens every week leaving dangerous conditions including slippery mud, clogged drains, and ice dams behind.
Calling 911 which is often suggested doesn't work either because the CPD doesn't take these reports seriously and by the time they show up, if they bother to come at all, the landscaping truck is gone.
Fix this!
