Description

The middle bollard blocking the cut through on 47th at Salem has been knocked down again, with drivers using this as a through route frequently. Please replace the bollard again, and I recommend upgrading it to a more substantial K71 flex post or something similar, to further discourage drivers from rolling over it while still allowing emergency access.
