Description

There is currently a stop sign for 23rd Street traffic crossing Webster. However, Webster traffic does not have a stop sign. The 23rd Street traffic is not noticing that Webster traffic does not stop. My apartment balcony overlooks this location and there are many near misses. Please install a stop sign for the Webster traffic so the intersection is a 4-way stop.
