Lagal parking in front of bus stop makes boarding inaccessible to low mobility passengers. We just stopped for an older rider who took several seconds to carefully step from the curb to the road, cross to the bus, and then climb from pavement up to the bus door. Failure to fix this stop so busses can pull to the curb is hostile to passengers, especially those who are low mobility.
