Since nothing has been done, my yard and neighbors yard is flooded again.

After 4 days of no rain, i still have standing water from this sediment pond overflow. No update has been given in over a month. I suspect they come out 3 days after rain and then claim there is no problem.

This water is actually from the conservation area, I believe. The county had the builder grade the properties 1224, 1222 and 1220 Bradley Road so that they would not have standing water in the yards. This water drains to the conservation area, slowly killing those trees and under the road to that additional area shown in the pictures. The county needs to provide proper drainage off of Clark Station Road.

Per Work Order number 19412274, there is a drain at Clark Station Road next to 1224 Bradley Road, which is a non-tidal wetlands, conservation property and open space. It holds water until it builds up enough to overflow into the closed system then discharges next to the pond across the street.

The homeowner's association owns the property. No other work needed by Roads.
