Description

Increased congregation of people hangs out in front of resident next to the Liquor Store. The store address is 3115 35th Ave. Can not see the address of the house. Typical 10 people at a time hanging out sitting on milk crates and even bring chairs. This is a very uncomfortable place to walk pass. Possible drug transactions do not know for sure. On the 4th of July there was a fight. The sidewalk is alway clustered with trash and the sidewalk is dirty; from food and other items being walk on. The residents in the house are elderly. This looks bad for the neighborhood.
