When will they complete the Irving St. paving west of Kennedy Blvd. ? A utility company dug up the street and made the bike lane impossible to use.

They would like to know what is going to happen to their streets.

Existing Utilities are required to be marked out when an excavation is to take place. The JCMUA has no scheduled excavations scheduled for this location. It is a private contactor that requested the markout. The markings will fade over a period of time.

Isn’t this a bit excessive to do on the whole street?! If it’s a private contractor, I’d think they only need it at/around one partial location. Not every single house on the block.
