A. The traffic light in the Tonnelle circle need to be adjusted to alleviate traffic build up on Kennedy. After years of construction in and around the circle and multiple changes in the traffic flow, the lights timing has been seriously compromised. The city or the state should study the traffic pattern and try to address the perennial traffic build up on Kennedy Blvd.
