Description

This morning while walking my dog a man came out of a large blue tent (first day I've noticed it and I walk the route daily) closest to Grand Ave. and screamed at me and told me to get away and that he'd "@#$% me up". He was about 30 ft. away and I was not in his space as all. Then stared me down while I walked away and made trigger gestures in my direction as he kept yelling.
