Description

These pictures show the condition of the front of this property (my mother's home) since the morning of Friday, Sept. 21st. The contractors, Dragonetti, ripped up the sidewalk and driveway area encompassing the whole front of the house and left it like this. Dragonetti took a wobbly plank of wood and propped it up using my mom's patio bricks and a piece of wood. They've left this dangerous plank there since then as a sole mean of accessing the home or leaving the home. This is 100% unacceptable. If they weren't planning on fixing the sidewalk area in front of the steps right away it should have been left as means of entering or exiting the house. Instead, and without any notice or permission from my parents, they just left this ridiculous plank for my older parents to use to get in or out of their own house. My mother watches her grandson and is afraid to leave the house with him because the board is not secured in any way. Needless to say, since it's been raining the board is now also slippery in addition to ther fact that it bounces when you walk on it. This is unacceptable. I can't believe a city contractor would think this is an okay condition to leave in front of someone's home.

As an aside I'm leaving this complaint for my mother because I already had the BP Assist application on my phone.
