Description

Now that the Water Dept has finished their repairs to the underground infrastructure the pavement patch job they did made a mess out of Locust St. They did a poor job of patching and the patch is uneven, rough and does not cover the entire street cut. There is exposed dirt at the edges of the patch. In addition, the road pavement around the work area is rippled and rough. I'm sure it's not going to improve with age.
