This is now the second time this month and the 10th time this year that we have missed pick ups and that I have reported. What Gives ??? Obviously this is an ongoing issue for this block. We pay for 2 pick ups a week and they are not happening consistently. I’m more than a little frustrated that this continues to be an issue. Can somebody please take ownership of this for a change

It’s just not this address, there are 3 other homes on this block that we’re not picked up this time

So I’m a little confused, I always thought that when someone says trash will be picked up within 24 hours IT MEANS 24 hours. Not the day after tomorrow when you will normally get your second trash pick up for the week. I’m beginning to see where the problem is now . Thank you for not making this happen again.
