Description
Good Morning. I am a little concerned about the amount of accidents that occur in front of my complex. Just this morning there was a big crash and a car went out the road to the sidewalk and the other went to the canal. Every morning I walk my kids to the bus stop just next where the accident occurred. Speed limit in this street is 55mph. Is there a way to regulate the speed limit or to put a stop sign here. This is happening all weeks. Thanks

Law enforcement issues (speeding, running traffic signals/signs, illegal parking or other illegal activities, noise ordinance violations, etc.) need to be reported directly to the St. Petersburg Police Department by calling 727-893-7780 (for non-emergencies) or 911 (for emergencies.)
Additionally, 4th St is maintained by the FDOT, so requests for lowering the posted speed limit or the installation of additional traffic signage would need to be directed to that agency. We will forward your report to them on your behalf.
