Kevin Farrow. AGAIN! Grass way way above 10 inches once again… I don't know why city can't make repeat offenders like this take care of their property. Essentially it's just constantly overgrown because by the time the code officer issues a violation and then the people have 10 days to fix it it's only under control about three days every 30 days! The city has to get tougher with these people who just don't care about the neighborhoods in which they own property! Maybe for repeat offenders like this the code officer could make a note so that the minute it reaches 10 inches she can issue a violation instead of waiting for a citizen to have to report it when it's over 2 feet tall. Just a thought…
