On Aug 28, 2018 there was a severe rainstorm, which caused water to overrun the ground level at the end of the cul-de-sac. A severe washout into the open ditch was the result. A few days ago, this repaired washout - washed out again - even more! Now there is an additional area that has also washed out.
The ground grade used to be higher in the area close the end of the cul de sac near the dumpster and kept water from running out in the field and into the ditch in an uncontrolled manner. Now the water flows almost unimpeded into the field and is rapidly filling in the drainage ditch.
