Description

I recently moved into my building and the first thing I noticed was a constant barking. Upon further inspection and asking if they needed help with walking the dog I noticed the dog was kept in the cage for more than the allotted time. They refused my services and I feel like I have no other choice. They leave the feces bags in the communal hallway so I know the dog is going in the cage. I’m not sure if this is abuse and I would be happy to answer any questions and help in anyway.
